Marijuana possession : I represent clients who have been charged with possession of marijuana and other drug crimes.
Sex crimes: I handle all types of sex crimes including but not limited to first and second degree sexual assault, first and second degree child molestation, child pornography, sexting and prostitution.
Underage drinking/possession : I handle all alcohol-related criminal offenses, including underage possession, driving while in the posession of alcohol, and underage consumption of alcohol.
Traffic violations: I handle all types of traffic violations, including reckless driving, DUI / DWI, driving without a license, driving with a suspended license, speeding, and aggressive driving.
Post-sentence relief, I handle post-sentence relief matters including habeas, federal and state appeals and parole/probation revocation.
